2020 is starting off with a lot of excitement and celebration! We are proud to recognize the success of Emory’s faculty, alumni, and students locally, regionally, and globally.

We are bringing Emory University to your community with our Emory Engages series. This is an exciting opportunity to connect with university leaders and the Emory community in your city. Our upcoming February events are Emory Engages: Orlando on February 11 and Emory Engages: Tampa on February 12 with Dean Michael A. Elliott of Emory College of Arts and Sciences. For March and April, we are coming to Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN; Birmingham, AL; and London.

The Emory Entrepreneur Network (EEN) has chosen the 2019 Emory Entrepreneur Award honorees. From Atlanta to Boston to Singapore, these 13 entrepreneurs – 12 alumni and 1 student – demonstrate the highest caliber of innovation as founders of rapidly growing organizations.

2020 also marks 15 years of the 100 Senior Honorary. Every year, the Emory Alumni Board and the Student Alumni Board recognize the success of outstanding students and identify emerging alumni leaders from the current senior class.

As part of our ongoing commitment to making your connection to Emory real, relevant, and lifelong, we hope you will join us for any of the upcoming opportunities highlighted in this issue of EmoryWire.
