The Emory Alumni Board (EAB) is an advisory board with working committees that represents the voice of Emory's 118,000 alumni. EAB members work to develop and disseminate policy and oversee the activities of the Emory Alumni Association (EAA). The EAB consists of alumni representing all the schools and units, interest groups, and regions that comprise Emory's alumni population. Its committees include campaign, EAA initiatives, executive, marketing, Miller-Ward Alumni House, nominating and leadership, and student-to-alumni experience.
The Emory Alumni Association connects alumni to the University and to each other, builds traditions, fosters student and alumni leadership, serves the diverse needs and interests of our community, and creates opportunities for investment in Emory’s future.
To provide a representative alumni body that will advise the EAA and facilitate the successful advancement of their mission.
The Emory Alumni Association’s vision is to develop a dedicated and dynamic global alumni community whose members are committed to each other, devoted to Emory’s mission, and invested in its future.
To actively engage the EAA staff, University president, and trustees in fulfillment of Emory's vision to be a "destination university internationally recognized as an inquiry-driven, ethically engaged, and diverse community, whose members work collaboratively for positive transformation in the world through courageous leadership in teaching, research, scholarship, health care, and social action."
