Career Coaching

Professionals today use coaching as a strategic tool to accelerate professional growth in today’s fast-paced work environments. With a career coach as your guide and objective sounding board, you can plan a course of action and map the strategies that will help you succeed. Consider the ways that career coaching can help you in your career and life:

• Plan for a job change.
• Evolve your professional resume or CV over your career span.
• Prepare for a major interview.
• Boost your networking skills.
• Make a move from one industry to another.
• Develop strategies to advance within an existing employer.
• Negotiate a promotion.
• Prepare for a salary review.
• Negotiate one or more job offers.
• Evaluate career options after a merger.
• Cope with a layoff.
• Consider new fields or career choices.
• Search for greater job satisfaction.
• Create more work-life balance.
• Thinking about creative career alternatives (contract, consulting, starting your own business).

Our career coaching services are customized to meet your needs. See our specially designed career planning and assessment packages for the cost of each level of service.
