Alumni can enter the library during the same hours as students and faculty.
The Emory University Libraries and the EAA provide access to a set of online resources to all Emory alumni. Please note that this list is subject to change without notice, and is available for noncommercial reference use only.
Alumni may enter the library building by presenting a current photo ID at the Library Security Desk at the library’s entrance. We recommend alumni purchase an alumni ID card. An alumni card will serve as your ID for gaining access to the library, your borrowing card, and your copy/print card.
Alumni are welcome to use any computer in Emory's Learning Commons. These computers provide access to major research databases, the library catalog, the Internet, and a variety of software packages. A guest login and password must be obtained at the Library Service Desk on level 2.

While using Emory's Learning Commons, alumni can print, copy, and scan documents. Find more information about document services.
Emory alumni have lifetime borrowing privileges that require a yearly renewal. Please go to the Library Service Desk to set up a library account. If you have questions about this service, call 404.727.6873 or send an email.
Reference staff are available at the Library Service Desk to assist alumni with basic research questions.
