Telefund Student Callers

The Emory Telefund is fortunate to be comprised of a group of students who are intelligent, articulate, and enthusiastic about their education. It is these qualities that allow them to reach out to keep Emory Alumni, Parents, and Friends connected with the University as well as raise much needed financial support for current students.

All students are eligible
All Emory Work Study and Non-Work Study students may apply for positions. We employ about 80-120 students depending on the time of year.

Great pay
We start our employees at $8.00 per hour and give away incentives and bonuses nightly. The Telefund offers one of the highest paying and most meaningful campus jobs.

Flexible schedule
Calling sessions are held Sunday-Friday evenings with an additional afternoon calling session on Sunday. All students are required to work a minimum of two sessions per week.

Convenient location
The Telefund is located at 1599 Clifton Road, across from the CDC and next door to the Emory Inn. The calling room is located on the 1st floor on the Clifton Road side of the building (if you enter the building from Clifton Road, you will be on the 2nd floor).

Valuable work experience
The skills that will make a successful caller will transfer to almost any career. To make sure callers succeed at Telefund as well as future job positions, we focus on training in areas of communications, marketing, sales, and public relations.

Student-oriented environment
We realize that academic priorities make it challenging to balance work with school so we make it a priority to make sure callers enjoy coming to work. While we maintain a high level of professionalism, we also keep a fun, relaxed atmosphere where students interact and motivate each other while calling.
