From Interstate 20 East
Take exit 60-B, the Moreland Avenue North exit. Turn right on Moreland and
follow it approximately 3 miles. Moreland will change to Briarcliff Road
once it crosses Ponce de Leon. Continue straight on Briarcliff approximately
2 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur approximately
1 mile to the Clifton Road intersection. Turn left on Clifton Road and continue
straight 0.7 miles until you reach Houston Mill Road, turn right. The Miller-Ward
Alumni House will be approximately one-fourth of a mile on your right at
815 Houston Mill Road.
From Interstate 20 West
Take exit 60, the Moreland Avenue exit. Turn
right on Moreland and follow it approximately 3 miles. Moreland
will change to Briarcliff Road once it crosses Ponce de Leon Ave.
Continue straight on Briarcliff approximately 2 miles to North
Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur approximately
1 mile to the Clifton Road intersection. Turn left on Clifton Road
and continue straight 0.7 miles until you reach Houston Mill Road,
turn right. The Miller-Ward Alumni House will be approximately
one-fourth of a mile on your right at 815 Houston Mill Road.
From Interstate 75 North or South
I-75 merges with I-85 through downtown Atlanta.
Take exit 248-C, the Freedom Parkway exit. Cross Boulevard; continue
on Freedom Parkway; veer left at split; continue until it ends
at Ponce de Leon Ave.; then turn right. Off Ponce, turn left on
Briarcliff Road. Go approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road.
Turn right and follow North Decatur approximately 1 mile to the
Clifton Road intersection. Turn left on Clifton Road and continue
straight 0.7 miles until you reach Houston Mill Road, turn right.
The Miller-Ward Alumni House will be approximately one-fourth of
a mile on your right at 815 Houston Mill Road.
From Interstate 85 North and Hartsfield Jackson International
Airport
The airport is located in the southwest section
of the city, approximately 25 minutes from the Emory University campus.
Visitors driving from the airport should take I-85 North I-85 merges
with I-75 North through downtown Atlanta. To Emory from Interstate
75-North, take exit 248-C, the Freedom Parkway exit. Cross Boulevard;
continue on Freedom Parkway; veer left at split; continue until it
ends at Ponce de Leon Avenue; then turn right. Off Ponce, turn left
on Briarcliff Road. Go approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road.
Turn right and follow North Decatur approximately 1 mile to the Clifton
Road intersection. Turn left on Clifton Road and continue straight

From Interstate 85 South
Take exit 91, the Clairmont Road exit. Turn
left on Clairmont. Continue on Clairmont (crossing Briarcliff,
Lavista, and North Druid Hills Road) for approximately 2.5 miles
until you reach Mason Mill Road, turn right. Go 0.65 miles to Houston
Mill Road, turn left. The Miller-Ward Alumni House will be approximately
0.5 miles on your left at 815 Houston Mill Road.
Public Transportation—MARTA
The Miller-Ward Alumni House (815 Houston
Mill Road) is accessible from the Lindbergh and Candler Park MARTA
stations on the #6-Emory bus or from the Arts Center and Avondale
MARTA stations on the #36-North Decatur bus.
Taxi
A cab ride from the airport to campus will
cost $30 to $40 and will take approximately 25 minutes with normal
traffic. Allow at least an hour’s travel time during weekday rush
hours, 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
